LIST OF GOOD FLASHLIGHT BRANDS???

I know or heard about Surefire, Fenix, 4sevns, Mag-Lite, Xeno(if that counts as a good one), O-Light, Zebralight, ITP Light, Streamlight, Nitecore, Inova, Jetbeam (not sure if it's a good brand), Eagletac. Anything missing please add to the list and I also want to know your opinions on the best budget light AA or AAA for the money.

Malkoff, Peak, and HDS need to be on any list of Good Flashlight Brands.

Budget AA = Xeno E03 XM-L
