Outside the obvious 'easy upgrade' reason;
one thing I'v always liked about P60 lights is being able to swap around parts,
to make a new light and keep things interesting.
I'v tested about every possible combination of pill/reflector setup, some are good, some better.
Well, I thought I'd test my Dereelight XP-E pill in the Smooth Parabolic reflector from the Ultrafire {MF} XM-L drop-in,....whammm, a beamshot I really wasn't expecting
The hotspot is almost totally dedicating the emitter light
and it reminds me a bit of the DBS,..yes the DBS
Finally a true P60 thrower!

If you look close or highlight the image you can see the spill (actually lack of spill)
the XP-E is a Q5 with a 5A tint
The hotspot is definitely tighter in person (camera distortion)
.. no rings either
