    I'd definitely like to go again this year, but I'm not sure right now if I'll be able to. Normally I've got everything booked already...

    OK, I'm in. The flight is booked but not the hotel. To pay for it all I will be begging on the bridge crossing the strip on the North side of the Bellagio. I accept $5.00's and up or cr123's. I will be the one with the bright flashlight and a twisted arm.

    There will be another CPF BatteryJunction Party so put on your buffet pants and empty your hollow leg, Vegas, here we come!

    Bob... Any idea on the date yet? Also... do you know if 4Sevens will be ding something? Oddly... (and I do mean VERY oddly!)... my calendar is starting to fill up but I don't want to change the 'penciled-ins' to 'penned-ins' until I know the CPF schedule. Going to be a busy show this year!

    Clare has said I must go alone and do torchy things! However she has insisted I take her to Florida as compensation later in the year.

    Pete... I think the get togethers and parties are still in the planning stages. I cannot take on the planning of such things at this time as I have so much going on that I even had to cancel my classes for that time period... I just couldn't fit those in...

    I know I can get KC to go to the Forum Shops too... there is an Apple Store over there that he loves. And now that he has a brand new iMac... well... there's always some kind of "add-on" he HAS TO HAVE... We'll discuss an 'outing'...

    Please mark your calendar - we'll be throwing our annual CPF/Flashlight Industry party on Wednesday, January 18th ~7:30.

    Also, on a sad note I just received and email from Craig Georgi/Polklifer's wife that Craig passed away on 10/22.

    That's very sad news indeed Matt. Craig was a hell of a nice & cheerful guy and he will be sorely missed. The MattK/BatteryJunction get together will never be the same without him.
    Please pass on my condolences to his wife if you have further communications with her.

    This is indeed very sad news. Craig was an amazing entrepreneur, gentleman, and a gadget-lover which we all can relate to here. I had the honor of spending hours chatting with him the past two Shot shows. He freely and intuitively offered invaluable advice to me. Even when he was sick he took time to send me a thank you note for a small titanium gift I gave him at the last shot show. What an amazing guy. He surely will be missed. RIP Craig.
