Where to get Cree XP-C Q4

Anyone know where to get these? Only place I could find is cutter and I can't justify buying from them due to their high shipping cost, maybe if I wanted 50+ but I only want 5. I did think about emailing Cree directly and seeing if they'd sell me a few but decided to ask here first

That isn't a typo by the way, I really am looking for Cree XP-C Q4's

That's what saabluster used in his DEFT-EDC. You should ask him where he gets them or perhaps he'll sell you a few. That tiny little pill does amazing things in his EDC.
