I just discovered these while buying parts at Mouser so I thought I would share the news. The last few years have mostly been all about developing better power LEDs. It's refreshing to see something exciting happening on the small LED front. The specs for the Duris E3s seem pretty nice. You can get them in several color temperatures:

Code:
CCT CRI lumens@20mA

3000K 72 6.8
4000K 72 7.3
5000K 72 7.4
6500K 85 7.0

At a claimed typical Vf of 3.05V according to the spec sheet, the typical efficiency ranges from 111 to 121 lm/W. I'm particularly excited about the high-CRI 6500K version. There seems to be a gap in the market for high CCT, high CRI LEDs. I ordered some from Mouser to play with and will report my impressions (and possibly lumen test results if/when I have time).

Price is reasonable ($0.164 in 100s, $0.115 in 2000s). I've already had good longevity with Osram surface mount LEDs in my LED nightlights. These look to be perfect for projects like that, and also other small lighting projects such as HO trains.

The 85 CRI led was also the first thing that caught my eye on that page.

This really is a gap in the market. I was browsing around for high CRI cree leds recently. Notice 90CRI leds... and then the CT bin 2600-3200K. I wanted orange light, i would buy low pressure sodium...

Wow! 85 CRI at 6500K is unique AFAIK. But why is there no lifetime listed in that spec sheet?

Definitely interesting LEDs. I can't seem to find anything that says they are 85 CRI though. What I see says 80. Thanks for the heads-up.

From looking at all the links, I believe 80 is min, 85 is typ.
