Looking For Godot

I do this from time to time. Get a hair up my butt, expend an inordinate amount of bandwidth searching the Internet, then come whimpering to those in the know at CPF beggin’ for suggestions. This time I’m trying to pare down the crap I tot around every day.

For a while now this has consisted of the following:
Simple, one-handed, compact, lock-blade pocket knife w/clip: Leatherman e33Lx , Kershaw Random Leek 1660TGRYST, Benchmade Mini Griptilian 557SBKSN, or CRKT M16-10KZ
Compact multi-tool: Leatherman Squirt S4
EDC multi-powered flashlight: Titanium Innovations IlluminaTi
And a P-38 can opener (the original EDC tool)

I don’t see replacing the IlluminaTi any time soon but was hoping to combine the functions of the Squirt with a can opener (like the p-38 or like those found on a Swiss army knife) with a respectable one handed, ~3” lock-blade, pocket knife w/clip, all measuring about 4x1 x 1/2-5/8 thick. So, basically a jumbo sized Squirt w/either scissors or pliers & a blade to match the larger size. Oh yeah … and I’d like a name I can depend on, not some crappy knockoff.

Closest I’ve found so far is the Leatherman Skeletool, but for its size I don’t see why it has to give up so many functions. If they could do a one-handed-blade version of the Juice S2 with a pocket clip, that’d probably work too.
