A few shots of my new Peak Logan. I am not a professional photographer as you'll be able to tell. Any recommendations for a 17500 battery charger?

Logan as low as I could get it. It kept jumping up when I sat it down.

Eleven years..... man, you've witnessed some major developments in portable lighting technology. Nice shots of your lights. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts comparing the HDS and Peak lights you have.

As to the charger, after looking around for a quite a while I finally ordered this one today:

Oddly enhough, they don't list 17500 as being a supported cell, but I can't see why it wouldn't be, so I'd contact them and ask.

HKJ did a nice review of it here (where he shows it as supporting 17500 cells):

Thanks Derek Dean! I sent them a message and asked.

I think I can compare lights to computers. Eleven years ago we were happy with a 2g hard drive and a 60 lumen light, now we have 2 Terabyte hard drives and 300 lumen lights with "quantum tunneling compound".
Each year I am happy with my lights, then I am amazed at what is developed. QTC sounds like something from Star Trek, and the new iphone has a voice recognition computer that talks to you?
I can not imagine what light I'll be carrying in another eleven years. I'll be 54, going on 55 in 2022. Maybe by then we'll have night vision contact lenses. :)
