$3 Color Changing Bulb Edison Base - any good?

Anybody have experience with this edison-base changing LED bulb? Pretty darned inexpensive at $3, but junk?

Got two. The three LEDs in the base rotate: green, blue, red. The colors fade into each other, some fades are smoother than others. It seems the red has a shorter "on" time than the other two colors, but they seem to function just fine. Will likely treat my 6 year old with her own color show.

(I wish the three colors were blue, red, yellow.)
