Do you want just neutral or do you want warm? In any case, I think it is going to be a rather short discussion since most lantern makers don't even disclose the specific emitter they are using, let alone mention the tint.

There is the Cree Warm White lantern that sells on Amazon.com and is a rebadged FavourLight. Another option is to use the Xeno E03 or E15 flashlights with the TW15 diffuser. Those flashlights use the XM-L emitter and you have a choice of tints. Based on their size, I am guessing they also fit in the Fenix camping lampshade, diffuser tip and diffuser lens. The combination gives you a bright, compact, regulated lantern with a choice of tints.
