plus if i put a malkoff p60 dropin in a 6p host, is your lens a plug and play type of kit? im thinking of going the same route as kif.

Fits in most p60 hosts. Check your dimensions. You'll need at least 27.3mm diameter inside your head.....may be someone has the ID of that flashlight ? and ill try to keep records of every flashlight i hear of that this lens will work in

For 'plug and play' you need the spacer kit as well as the lens. These are sold out right now. The easiest way to make your own adjustable kit is to drill out the reflector and raise the LED about 8-12mm in the pill.

The most common thing to do is to simply replace the original lens in a Surefire. Often this makes the aspheric protrude slightly, but if you don't like it then you can always get a longer bezel. The lens itself is very strong and I have never seen one break while installed in a flashlight.

That means that the lens will fit but will be a little loose inside the host, You might have to be creative and find/make a centering ring, may be from a PVC pipe? if u can find one that will work, on my last build i used black rubber silicone to hold my lens into place and it also made it water proof

hrm....I'm not that handy when it comes to this project. I really want the aspheric, but fear it's going to be a challence. Maybe if I could find an o-ring, or something that fits?

That will work, all it needs to do is hold the lens in the center so it does not wiggle around. my hardware store sells tons of different size O-Rings
