Howdy robusmcs13, and welcome to CPF,
I think you might have posted this in the wrong forum. Generally, folks who buy and sell lights on the Custom forum are dealing with handmade, limited edition, specialized, high end, and relatively expensive, lights.

You might have better luck posting this over on the CPF MarketPlace:
http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/forumdisplay.php?122-WTB-Flashlights-amp-Parts

It's a separate forum from CPF, so you'll have to register there as well in order to post.

For a better of idea of what's available in the type of light you mentioned (and where to buy it), you might check out this CPF forum:

OR, post here:

Also, here are some excellent flashlight review sites:

And since you are a new member and mentioned wanting to use two 18650 batteries, I think it's important for you to understand that lithium-ion rechargeable batteries require special handling in order to be used safely, especially if they are going to be used in series (2 cells end to end in the same light), so here is an excellent place to begin learning about how to handle and charge those types of cells safely:
Battery University:

So, a bit of reading, but in the end I'll bet you find the light you're looking for. Have fun!
