Battery survey - would CR2 be the same as CR123?

I can't find any review data on CR2 batteries but could one assume that the better CR123 manufactures like Duracell, Sanyo, Surefire, Panasonic, etc., would have very similar results for CR2 batteries? Thanks.

Hi tp. I'm not sure what you're asking, but as far as quality goes, I would expect them to be the same, yes. As far as size, that's a different matter. A CR2 cell is only about half the size of a CR123A cell, so as far as capacity, power delivery etc, it'd be only half.

Thanks Dave, I'm aware of the size difference and power delivery - I just can't find any comparative reviews for CR2 batteries other than what each manufacture says about their own.
