You should discuss things like what you will be using it for, battery preferencesm ie. AAA, AA, rechargeable. That would give everyone an idea on what to recommend. Also, there are many good threads in this forum with great recommendations based on the desires of the person wanting a new light. Looks like you just joined, Welcome to CPF. These guys have tons of experience and enjoy helping others with recommendations and advice.

I have the surefire saint and I love it

$30 will get you an energizer lithium ultimate headlamp. 3xAA 5 modes & red LEDs

$60+ is a Fenix HP11. 4xAA alkalines, lithiums, eneloops. 4 modes, a diffuser cap, great runtimes

$100 Spark ST6-500. 2xCR123/1x18650 500 lumen turbo 5 modes and nearly indestructible.

I have all 3 and love them.

25 to 150 dollars? 25 to 150 lumens? if you want help, you'll need to provide a lot more info.
