Affordable Z49 alternative?

G'day everyone,

I've just bought a Surefire G2, and the factory tailcap is unsuitable for me - it seems that the Z49 is the most suitable replacement. I need a tailcap that I can screw fully home (and leave that way) and which has a shrouded switch.

Problem; the only local supplier I can find wants $66 (!) each, which I'm not prepared to pay, since it's more than 2/3 of what I paid for the torch. Amazon won't ship them here for some unknown reason.

Can anyone suggest a reasonable quality, reasonably priced replacement? It's not likely to get smacked around/submerged/gnawed by crocodiles etc.

I'm guessing you're Australian, and your right Amazon doesn't ship some things here.

I would stick with a stock Z49. Especially out there in Oz. Check out the MP. One should pop up every few days. If the seller ship over there, lemme know, and I'll be glad to get one too you. Oh...and Welcome :0)
