General Guidelines that applies to all of my P60/D26 XML Drop in

- Please wrap the drop in tightly with aluminum foil before inserting it into your host. PM me if you are unsure how to do this.
- Free Shipping World Wide
- Please refer to the link above for references
- About 1000 LED Lumen at 4.2A
- When you order please let me know if you want OP or Smooth reflector.
- For direct drive drop in: 3-4.2V Only. Please Use IMR123, IMR14500, and regular 18650. No 26650 or cells that are bigger than 18650 size.
- Thermal Injection by default
- Please include your CPF name and Shipping address
- I take money order too
- Orange Peel reflectors has best beam with sacrifice of some throw. The orange peel effect is actually on the light side.
- Smooth reflectors are great for THROWS but beam profile not as perfect as OP. The reflectors I use allow the LED to go in deeper into the reflectors so the lights focus better

McClicky Switch - These switch are good for 5A of current
$7 with drop in order. If purchase separately must buy at least 3. All the switch I sell will be prep for Solar Force host as discussed above.

5 Driving Options are available with each in a different color below

3 Mode Regulated High Volatge: 3-8.4V
High-Medium-Low - 100%->60%->10%
Amp Draw: Approximately 3A (Will update when correct numbers are recorded)

$40

1 Mode Direct Drive Low voltage, cheap, max brightness: 4.2V Max
Solder Filled is an option for direct drive drop in only and it cost $5 extra. Thermal Injection by default for all drop in sold in this thread is solder filled is not bought. Solder Filled greatly help with heat sinking.

$30

Multi-Mode High Current & Low Voltage option

3.26.2012 Update

I just got a new type of smooth reflector for XML LEDs and this one is now my current best. Here is why:

- Larger brass pill for better immediate heat sinking
- Shallow reflector for a MUCH WIDER spill beam
- Same great throw as before but with a larger hot spot. It's the diameter of a reflector that primarily determines the hot spot intensity for a LED set up. Thus, same diameter reflector but less deep = equivalent throw and wider spill beam. Now you got a flood and throw both in one drop in!
- Excellent beam profile. Beautiful intense hot spot with a wide spill beam and no artifacts. (I love this new reflector!)
- Mirror smooth aluminum finish is flawless
- Reflector is thicker and the pill has more threads so heat transfer is definitely better than before

DSC04738.jpg

DSC04739.jpg

In my opinion, this reflector and pill set up is Superior in terms of performance and beam quality compared to all Smooth XML reflectors I have ever tested and sold.

If you think the XR-E parts will arrive soon, then I'll wait so you can send all the LEDs together to save on postage. If it will be a while, then please send what is ready now.

Re: vinhnguyen54 D26/P60 XML Drop In Run 6 Sale Thread

I will take it with the following specs:

The brightest option, NEUTRAL 5000K XML ( XML produce 1000 LED lumen at around 4,200ma)
Last mode memory
Moonlight, Medium, High, 10Hz Strobe, 2HZ Blink, SOS, Beacon
BB) Textured Reflector or Orange Peel Reflector

Plus three (3) McClikys. PayPal has been sent. CPF name: Turboman7

Thank you.

I'll be using ONE of the following: 18650, 17500, or 17670.

Re: vinhnguyen54 D26/P60 XML Drop In Run 6 Sale Thread

I am assuming you want this: 1) Moonlight, Medium, High, Moonlight, Medium, High, 10Hz Strobe, 2HZ Blink, SOS, Beacon

Mode Memory might make it hard to get to a constant brightness mode if you are in one of the blink. I strongly suggest no mode memory so that you would reset to moonlight as long as you are in any more for longer than 1 second.

Since you recommend NO MEMORY, I'll go with number # 2) High, Medium, Moonlight, High, Medium, Moonlight, 10Hz Strobe, 2HZ Blink, SOS, Beacon.

Why is the High, Medium, Moonlight repeated TWICE in the process? I first thought that it might have been a typo.

Thx,

Turbo

Re: vinhnguyen54 D26/P60 XML Drop In Run 6 Sale Thread

The constant brightness modes are repeated twice so that the blinkys wont easily interrupted normal use. Eagetac, 4sevens and some others does this too.
