Batteries for SST-90 Lumens Factory head on a M3T SureFire

Hi. I wanted to know what is the best choice of rechargeable batteries for a SST-90 (1600 lumens) Lumens Factory head on a M3T SureFire? I got this head unit and it doesn't work properly (turns off then on again and again) with SureFire SF123A or Panasonic's Industrial CR123A.
Sorry if this a redundant post but I couldn't get the info I was looking for based on recent market.

I have the P7 multi mode, (love it) and i really want then SST-90, for that sort of application you would really be better off with 3 18650s, 2 of the 3100Mah AWs should give you A minimum run time of probably 20-30 min which is my guesstimate based on my P7 pullin 2800Mah when i put in (2) 1500Mah AWs i get roughly 40~ min run time on that setup, your lights pullin 6000Mah which is hefty plus i find my P7 heats up quick unless im biking with it mounted.
What kind of hosy are you using? You also have 6-13volts to work with which will give you some options

the SST-90 required 9-13V. CR123 can't work. 2 18650 cannot work as well.
I am using the standard body and do not want mods as the size is ideal for me. I was recommended the IMR 16340 saying 3 of them are best for the job and on high I will get about 20mins.

Oh man 9-13 kina limits you, i was goin by my P7 specs, yes IMRs are gonna be your go to, or if you want a huge light 3 18650s but thats a big ol light also be careful with the IMRs, there not protected

What kind of battery charger will you guys recommend? I want a charger thst will charge 3 or more of the aw 16340 at th e same time. Should be intelligent.
