I won't say the light is new because I turned it on twice.. Once to check everything was ok when I received it and I cycled through the 3 modes. And another time to compare it to the xml modded I bought from coloradogps or was it from ShineOnYouCrazyDiamond. So I didn't chrono-metered but it has been used for less than a minute.
And it was kept in Don's blue piece of tissu that I received it wrapped in..
