I plan on getting a copper 26650 host from TnC. There would need to be at least 2 more purchased to get the lowest price. Would anybody else be interested? The price is $498 if there at least 3 buyers. I'll start a list of names that are interested or have paid below.

1. Myself - paid
2. dlmorgan999 - paid
3. ?
4+ ?

The cost includes your option of V1 or V3. Other options include tritium slots, battery tube extensions and 26650 or 18350 battery tubes.

Re: Copper 26650 - Interest

I know huh. I still have a couple Ti E-series bodies I need to post on my store. :)

I will be putting a Pre-Pay link on my store for anyone interested in this Copper 26650 Housing with either a V1 or V3 Head. This might be really nice with a Titanium Crenulated Bezel. once I get three I will order the material and start machining these.

Bumping this back up to the top. I've been ready to pay for mine. I just hate to pay $498 then wait three months or more for another person to pay.

How much would it be to get an extension for 2 x 26650? I might go for one if you are willing to make them.

I would be in for a shorty (just like what I have in Ti, Chris).

Just keep that in mind when you start the run. I'll keep my eyes on this thread.

Re: Copper 26650 - Interest

Dr Evil, I can make an extra tube for you which will let you use 2x26650 cells.

Obijuan Kenobe, I can make you the shorty. That won't be a problem. You would want it to use the 18350 cell correct?

I have received payment for one. If you have paid please post paid so the list can be updated.

Re: Copper 26650 - Interest

Ok. I now have you marked on the list on the store.

If you goto the store you can see what options are available. I have put the 18340 tube option on the site as well as matching extension tubes for either the 26650 or 18340 design.

We just need two more people to prepay or have a confirmed WTB and I will order material and start on these.

Re: Copper 26650 - Interest

Sorry I am not been thick but 2 points I want to clarify

1. The website shows $633 - is this the new price ?
2. When you say 18350 body - are you saying that it will be 18350 internal diameter but 26650 external diameter to keep it the same proportions as a 26650 light?

Re: Copper 26650 - Interest

Hello Mohan,

Thanks for letting me know about the website price. I forgot to have an option for None on the extension tube. So it added that to the price. It is all fixed now. :)

When I say 18350, I mean it will be shorter and the interanal diameter will be for an 18350 cell. The OD will stay the same size as the 26650.

How hard would it be to get tritium slots in the copper? That might be a good option for those that want them. I'm thinking about going that route myself.

I can do the Trit slots if people want them. I will add that to the store as options.

Obi, Are you still interested in an 18350 version of the copper 26650 host?

I would be in for a shorty (just like what I have in Ti, Chris).
