I just picked up a sweet UltraFire WF-1300L. It's got 7x Super Bright SSC U2 Series LEDs.
Driver is unknown but output modes are: Hi/Lo/Strobe
Light takes 3x18650 batteries.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to do a couple mods:
1. I'd like the driver to do Lo/Med/Hi and no strobe or SOS.
2. I'd like the tailcap to be a clickie instead of only tactical.

Anyone have any ideas? :D

if you can take pics of the tailcap Dissasembled I may lead you through the conversion process. Obviously you want a "forward clickie"

Do you have the ability to measure current draw?

The only thing I can remove from the tailcap is the spring.
I figured there'd be some kind of retaining ring holding the parts of the tailcap in place but don't see one.

No, no ability to measure current draw. :(

so it must be a Z41 like.....search for the oveready mod.....t
then your best bet may be finding a replacement tailcap that fits your lights thread......Have you a surefire 6P/solarforce L2 copy and an Ultarfire C2 onhand.
Its got to be one of those thread styles
