Nice, but the 50mm square waste a lot of space in a round head.
Anyone know what the wiring configuration is? ie. are they in series?
I literally just finished turning up two heads, each to house 16 x XML T5's on 10mm boards (~11000 lumens). Wired in 4S4P pattern, driven by 9000ma Ampere! driver (so ~2200ma to each XML). Nano Dim V2 PWM switched by piezo (0%, 25%, 50%, 100% levels), in a 70x60mm alloy/delrin head. I've got the LEDs, just waiting on driver to arrive
Each head has a dedicated 18.5v battery in canister, 5S2P 18650 (just need to find someone to build me the packs in that configuration - as each time I do it I end up with a dodgy job).
I expect this video setup will be awesome in caves and deep wrecks (mainly off camera), or brighter shallower conditions when the camera is stopped down and normal lights have little impact.

Their other similar boards are in series (They say "The Cree XML LEDs are pre-soldered to a 50mm Square Shaped Metal Core PCB.").
