I have previously considered this Divelight and would
like to hear from those who own one and their opinions of it.

I have not seen one in the flesh. But the Ultrafire W200 is a copy of it and I really like its form factor.

Personally for the $$ I'd buy 3 W200's. Change the Orings out for better quality ones and have 3 good dive lights for less $$ spent.
