Apparently a great deal to Paul since he couldn't afford to buy the rights to all those old Beatles songs. But his friend Michael Jackson could . . . And then made more money by licensing those rights for commercial purposes. Ironically, Paul wanted to buy the rights to avoid that very thing. Where did Michael get the idea to do this? I've lost a lot of respect for him over the years. As soon as George died, he was trying to change the way the writing credits on all the Beatles songs to read from "Lennon & Mcartney" to "Mcartney & Lennon." What a class act.
