Would like a medium EDC LED for night ops such as checking down powerlines, exterior incident command, search and rescue.

I all ready have a couple of Streamlight's Survivor LED Flashlights so it doesn't need to be haz-mat friendly.

I've got a Elzetta ZFL M60 but I would like to go with a little more lumens.

Looking hard at the Sunwayman T20CS XM-L U2 LED 658 Lumen.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

You should be able to get 650+ lumens from any of the better XML-U2 lights.

Although a larger sized light would be much better for search and recue.

SKY RAY KING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me. Its insane. Wakes up drunks faster than nasal narcan. Great distance, super bright, and cops are jealous of it. Only thing is you need 18650 batteries. Nitecore EA4 is priced simlar, not as bright but uses AA's. Your call

I just got a Surefire P2X Fury. 500 real lumens on high mode, and very floody, and it has a very floody and useful low mode that lasts forever on a set of batteries.

I'm using it anytime I really need to light up an area outside and it's working great after a week of testing.

Whatever flashlight you decide on, you'll need to ceratoke it orange. :naughty:
ORANGE

Or tie some orange, reflective paracord to it.

This goes for any expensive knives you use 'out there' as well.
