The XT11 has a tactical UI, meaning it always come on in high. The Jetbeam has a non-tactical UI, in that you can preselect the brightness with the control ring before turning it on.
The XT11 is stronger, in that it will throw a lot more lumens and illuminate a larger area than the Jetbeam could.
If its between those two lights, it would come down to the UI preference as a first question, in that if coming on in high is preferable to how you'd use it...the XT11 is a no brainer.
If coming on in high always is a problem, then the XT11 will not work for you, and the RRT21 is the default choice.
BTW - to clarify - By "Stronger", do you mean more lumens, or, more throw?
For example, if you want to not step on a venomous snake on the trail/don't need to see more than 40-50 yards away, the Zebralight SC600 is even better than those two...as its a real flood light pattern.
The other two are floody beams, but with perhaps 100-150 yards of decent range, and further than that if presence/absence type sight is all that's required...with the XT11 being the floodier but stronger of those two.
If looking for more throw than that, then you might be better off considering something else entirely.

Ah finally a fishing ?.Well i have never fished in the "Jungle" but in Oklahoma back woods,Texas prairy and many other
landforms with differing degrees of Vegetation.
So,IMO,you should carry a small compact floody light, unless you are packing a bunch of extra gear.In that case
pack whatever you want. But I move light weight while fishing at night at least when not in a boat. And when your in the woods
a thrower can be a pain in the ass.The RRT01 throws far enough in the woods 100' and broad beam also it starts of
at zero lumen and ramps up with a dial to max.I have found this compact light to fit very well into my night fishing.
And a neck lanyard works great at night for tying on new lures.I dont use Those lights you put on your head cuz light attracts bugs at night and bugs at night attracts Bats i hate it when Bats swoop down at my head.Good luck

I need to trek through the casurina trees to get to the beach breakwaters...i have a compact floody BC10 already and i LedLenser H7 headlight,so thinking of something stronger in both lumens and exceptional throw..now i have Jetbeams PC25 but i want something of a better league...![]()
If best i want the light of 1x 18650 size and have both flood and throw department...
I read the rrt21 have parasitic drain and i dont want that unnecessary battery replacements, but i love the shape of the light it self...
As for klarus XT11,i love the 600 lumens and ui ,something like the one on PC25 only that the mode switch is on the tail cap too...
I cant make out which one i want?Someone help me please,im pulling the trigger on either one soon...
well good luck. i like jet beams have 3 but wouldnt hesitate to get a klarus either.I know ,im not much help.
hope your fishing days are better than mine have been lately.Man the rivers and lakes around here are way down and as i prefer river fishing it makes it tough, the bass relate to the current breaks and right there are is no current.
