Noob needs help with batteries

I just ordered a Jetbeam Raptor RRt-01 XML and want to know what are the best rechargable batteries I can buy for this light. I did a search and am lost with all the IMR and ICR talk and rally can't figure it all out. I don't mind the low output but want the most output so any help would be appreciated.
