Hmm... original Rebel XT? I think that came out around the time as my old D50 right? You might try 200 dollars or so to start out with if you are selling it with a lens (kit lens). If you don't EVER use it and can't sell it for 200 maybe go to 150. Not sure though. Try looking up what you could sell it for on Google.
