Well, I finished my 7x 26650 Osram 64656 build a few days ago, and have been playing around with it ever since (already recharging it a second time).
I finally got to test its true power, and my GOD, this beast THROWS!! 400 meters is nothing for it, even with a LOP reflector (really wish I had a SMO reflector for it). It's also a massive wall of light, too.
Also, on my way back to drop my friend off at his house, we decided to have a little fun, and have him use it as my headlights. OH MY GOD, it was like daylight!!! Having my headlights on or off didn't make a damned difference!
I will take a picture of it with an E01 on top of the light tomorrow, if I remember.
All of this was thanks to mrartillery this thread, and a huge score ($90 for an FM3 head, rather than $190):

If I can borrow my friends camera, I will have him take pictures of it Monday night.
I also bought some more moderate bulbs for it (50W, 100W, and 150W bulbs).
The only problem with the light is that with the FM G6.35 socket, and my wiring (I think I had the wires a little long), it doesn't focus the 656 very well, so I had to teflon tap the threads on the head, since the head isn't able to contact the O-ring, to keep it from wobbling or changing focus.
My XM-L modded U2 just doesn't look so bright anymore
Oh, and does anyone know what this white "film" is that develops on the bulb envelope? Is this just signs of overheating (The reflector has some, too, because I think the bulb burned some stuff onto the reflector due to the massive heat), or something potentially catastrophic?
