I am sure that this subject has beat on a few times but a search reveals no results. I have but one MN62 and have pretty much retired it. I have a couple of questions concerning this LA. First is what color was it (gunmetal gray)? I have several of the old color coded SF LAs and I cant keep it straight. This time I will label them. The next question is are there any suitable subs? I was looking at the Malkoff MD60 (LED) which is rated at 450 OTF lums. My final question is that I have a purple SF LA. Is this an old MN61/62 or MN20/21?

Oooops, I meant N62 not MN. Yes, my N62 came with the 12ZM I bought some dozen years ago or more. What color is the N62? What LA is the purple bodied one? I do not want to toast the purple LA by running it in a four cell when it may be a 9v.

The N62 is black without etched marking.
The MN60 and MN61 are black with etched markings.

The old versions of the MN20 and MN21 were purple and grey if memory serves
