Opinions Please! Dynamo lantern on ebay

Hi all,
I saw this on ebay and thought it looked interesting!

The seller has suggested that it puts out 500lm which I can't swallow, but I'm guessing it'd do for a campsite.
What do people think?

Everything about that lantern suggests that performance will be poor: solar charge option, crank dynamo option, 36 LEDs. Personally, I stay away from lanterns that have even one of these. I expect you can do better as well.

Hi,
for me it looks like chinese crap - cheap plastic used, battery cover will brake soon i think, poor car charger (same is supplied with cheap chinese devices, in some cases it can disturb your car radio), main charger - i will be scared to leave it at home plugged in in a wall..
save these money and buy rayovac for example..
thats my opinion :-)

I've found an after-market Rayovac, which will presumably not win any awards but will hopefully do the job

Hey, just wondering how did you go with this one? I am thinking of buying one as well
