I'm looking for a recommendation on a high def Web Cam with a manual zoom or electronic zoom (through software). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Check out the Logitech line. You may have to do a "compare" on their website to see which ones have zoom. But I think they all do digital zoom. I have the 1080P - C910, replaced by the C920. Nice camera.
