The two cells has the same capacity, but the voltage is not the same at higher loads.

Conclusion

The cells has a good performance, but they has a slightly different voltage when loaded.
I will rate this battery as acceptable.

It works fine at 10A load, the difference in voltage does just mean that two batteries might not have the same performance.

okay thanks! i misinterpreted your results. :)

do you know if they're magnetic ends (like for a CottonPickers charger)? what normal retail charger (XTAR, etc.) would work well for these in the button top style? I think the WP6 II charger may be too short for the button top versions of these King Kong cells but I want the button top

Have you tested the INR version of these? How would these compare? Thanks.

Not yet, I have ordered them and will test them when they arrive, i.e. the result will be up in one to two months, depending on shipping time and how many other batteries I have to test at when it arrives.

I own a couple of ICR and INR King Kong.
All of them can be connected with magnets.

I recommend XTAR SP2 charger.
Both flat-top and button-top batteries fit and are charged quick and spot on to 4,20V,
if You give them a second charge, at 0,5A, after LED went green.

Magnets does work on the battery. For a retail charger I would look at the SP2.

thanks a lot you two! I appreciate it. :)

These suckers are pretty consistent over the years.
I just bought one of these to run in a new 26650 flashlight, and did a quick initial 1A discharge test and this is the results I got:

Measured at 4335mAh / 15.8Wh with a 1A discharge. Rated at 4000mAh, so I'm pretty happy with that.
