Its crazy the kind of feelings yes feelings! You get for this work of art of a flashlight. I smile every time I look at it standing on my table. Fiddles with it while watching tv or just holding hands with it:). Carry it in my jacket pocket while walking the dog even in daylight, just to hold it. Plays with it, programs it, checks the power levels and battery level just for fun. Study every detail of it.
All in all just nuts with the tri-v

Man I can't wait til mine lands. I know what you mean about studying every detail. I was just the same with my SunDrop and Piccolo. I loved just admiring the machining and how Ti feels in the hand. I know the Tri-V2 will surely blow my mind! Is yours the SWGG?

I am loving mine.... have spent the last two days playing with the programming! Now have all four slots on each set up. Slot for of each is for maximal settings.

Default Flood My Setup Maximal
P1 is F @ 5 mA 5mA R 100 F 1500
P2 is F&R @ 50 mA 50mA R 500 R 1500
P3 is F&R @ 200 mA 200mA R 1200 S 2000
P4 is F&R @ 1000 mA 500mA F 500 F&R 2500
P5 is F @ 800 mA 800mA F 1000 F&S 2500
P6 is S @ 1000 mA 1200mA S 1500 All 3000

Spys just feel so solid and indestructible.

No SWGG, my first Titanium light, so maby when the Tri-V3 comes ill try the SW finish.

Im sure you'll be happy to get it, especially if its your first tri-v. I can't imagine any other light being this addictive. It's defently satisfied my lust to buy flashlights, only high output lights are of interest now.

I'll join the party, I totally agree. This light is really something else.

Fully programable which one or combination of three emitter/beam types you want. Flood? Check. Reflector? Check. Aspherical spot? Check. Any combo, any drive levels.

The only drawback, is this is a light you dont wanna take anywhere it can get too dirty or wet.

Actually the arrival on my TriV2 has made me carry my 007 a lot more.

for one thing it forced me to learn the programming way better.

also as the 007 is no longer my most expensive light so carry it seems a little better. I have even been thinking of a third spy ... Probably 007 ... There is a modded xpg2 triv1 for sale .... Very interesting.

Thr triple spy 007 concept also crazy.

I like those 3 set ups.
Will try when I get home with some IMR batteries. (Nine with me right now).
My normal setting is all defaults except 5, where I have F&R at 2,000
