I have one of your triples in an Oveready body and P60 head. One day I dropped it and it dislodged the optic. When I opened the head up to reseat it, I noticed that one of the LEDs domes had cracked. It still lights up and I'm using it just fine, but I wanted to 1) get your guidance on the risk of continuing to use it this way and 2) a price on replacing the LED.
