Does anybody know if there is a non-destructive way to remove the o-rings that hold the mineral glass in the Wee? My reflector area is full of pocket fluff, but I cannot fathom a way to remove the glass without damaging the retaining o-ring and having to order a replacement.

It may just be that when the reflector is due for cleaning, renewing the o-rings is no bad idea to preserve the water resistance of the light.

Cheers,

Mick

get a sewing needle and knock the tip so it has a small barb, and
then pick at the o-ring, it'll come out without damage

or use a fish hook

I just use a very small flat head screwdriver ( around 1mm head )and work it gently back and forth across the top till it slips behind the o ring.

Finally got around to doing this. It was actually pretty easy, and I didn't end up mashing the o-ring in the process. An awfully large amount of pocket fluff had somehow found its way in there.
