UK D4 Dive light, simple conversion please

Hi All,

Can someone point me in the direction of a simple conversion, preferable with a jump in performance for a UK D4 dive light, I have three of them to convert and also an SL4 and a Peli Sabrelight 2000. Drop in conversions would be best so any help gratefully received.

I upgraded my SL4 2-3 years ago i think based on this thread.... bit out of date now... but the torch is fine.... There might be newer options/drop ins but the SL4 was very easy.... but now i never use the SL4 as I have 2-3 Cree dive lights off ebay that suit me fine...
