I have a "CEM"-brand DT-5302 4-wire resistance meter, which can measure into the milli-ohm range.

However, I must've zapped the probes, because now the resistance always shows as infinite, and when I opened the back panel, two components are cooked. They are labelled Q9 and Q10, and are both 3-pin SOT23 packages. The markings on the top of the packages are illegible. Can anyone tell me what these two components are?

Thanks!
