Hi!

So after a long wait, i have decided to finish my new Glowworm Design, Vol.2. ;)

The intention of the Glowworm Vol.2 was, to create a more open finish,to make it more
shiny and brighter. I think we were successful. Specs are the same, as with Vol.1 (50x10mm),
housing a bright Tritiumvial in size of 3x22.5mm.

You still find a screw at the bottom to change the Tritium, if its broken or you just
want to have another color in it.

NOTE!

No ordering here please! This is just a thread for introducing
and discussing a new design!

If you have any questions, please shoot me a PM! ;)

possible Finishes / Materials i want to use:

* Stainless Steel
* limited run of brass, copper or bronze (all beadblasted)
* Titanium natural (satinzed)
* Titanium beadblasted
* Titanium beadblasted / anodized (gold, violet/bronze, blue)
* Titanium two-tone (the outer surface is satinized the wells are beadblasted or anodized)
* brass, copper or bronze two-tone (the outer surface is satinized the wells are beadblasted)

possible Tritiumcolors:

* green, blue, iceblue, red, yellow and orange

********* first pics are up *********

from left - Titanium Beadblasted, Titanium satinized, Bronze, Brass and SS
(Copper is coming the next days) ;)

Cataract sent me over as well, from the MBI HF threads. Like it! Would like it in Titanium, wonder if it'd be possible to polish the wells and bead blast the outer body? Either way, Ti for me, will definitely be checking to see when you get these made. Thanks!

Looks like my joking around is building up the Glow Worm community :D

I really love the more open design.

Does anyone have a picture of anodized titanium glow worms? I need a little color inspiration ;)

It means the desing is patented to protect it from bottom feeder copycats. Like the guy who tried to sell his copy of toby´s beadbomb as it´s own design (even called it almost the same) on CPF. Although it might be hard to enforce if that copycat is not from the EU. But it´s a good thing anyway and I don´t think I´ve ever seen a custom maker here on CPF patending his design/work.
