Lithium battery and USB charger

Hi!

I'm looking to use a battery similar to this one here:

http://www.batteryspace.com/li-ion10440cylindralcellaaasize37v350mahlc-10440.aspx

with a USB recharging circuit board shown here:
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/5V-M...ard-Charger-Ultra-Small-Module/727451969.html

I'm a newbie with electronics but it seem that i would need to add/swap a resistor on the circuit board?

Would I need to add any other protection to the overall circuit?

Hi, to much current for this model of batteries. You must change the resistor to low the charge current...

Thank you for your reply.

Looks like a small resistor, i will need to practice my soldering skills!

I have read that 300mA or lower is fine, i.e. around 4.7 kOhm would work nicely.

Does this sound right?

Also, if the battery has no protection built in would I need to add overcharging protection?
