Some of you may be aware of a very long and drawn out project I had running for the last 12 months. Sadly it got the better of me and was shelved. • All drop-ins are made from copper and have been professionally electroplated with a very thick layer of pure silver. All drop-ins use copper springs and arctic Alumina throughout.
• All single emitter drop-ins use noctigon MCPCBs.
• Triples use regular Aluminum MCPCBs. Please note at these drive levels in the triples there are no performance gains to be had from copper boards.
• All drop-ins are single cell lithium ion rechargeable compatible only.
• All prices include 1 optic of your choice. If you require additional optics the cost is USD$2 per optic.
• All optics and reflectors are removable.

All drop-ins use my custom made "Hyperion" firmware. This is a fully user configurable user interface that is useable straight out of the light - no external programmers necessary. A brief demo video of the firmware in action can be seen in the following video. I apologize for the poor quality and the average/poor presentation skills. I wish I had configured the memory type last because I had a scare halfway through that would have been avoidable without memory (lost my mind for a second):



The programming card is available here. Print this out and keep it until you know it off by heart

Some brief details:

• 2 fully configurable mode groups
• 1-7 modes per group
• 16 brightness levels with each level roughly double the visual brightness of the level before it except for the moonlight mode.
• Variable frequency police strobe, Beacon, and SOS configuration options
• Short cycle, classic, and no memory configuration options

• Reverse polarity protection

I also have for sale the same silver plated P60 blanks used in the drop-ins above.

• The triple drop-ins do not have a center hole. I can drill a center hole at no additional charge.
• The single drop-ins accept 16mm MCPCBs.
• All drop-ins have space for 17mm drivers in the rear.
• There is plenty of internal space to stack chips on the triple.
• The singles have no internal space for chip stacking (so if you want to stack chips it will have to take place externally)

Shipping for everything in this thread is in addition to the prices quoted above and is via regular airmail (no tracking). Prices vary depending on your location:

I combine shipping, with the standard price remaining in effect until 5 drop-ins are reached per order. Any more than this will push me over the weight limit an require extra money to post.

If you would like registered/tracked/insured postage please PM me before sending any payment. As a general rule all postage rates are taken from here and rounded up to the nearest dollar.

I'll ship packages as soon as physically possible, however my working hours fall over the time our post office is open. If I can't sneak out at lunch during the week it may have to wait until the weekend, and the post office is only open for one 3 hour window from 9am to midday on Saturdays. Typical government facility!!!!

PLEASE NOTE these drop-ins are not churned out of a factory by machines or Foxconn workers. Other than the CNC machining used to make the initial drop-in, everything else is done by hand. The drivers are built by hand, the LEDs are re-flowed by hand, everything soldered, epoxied and fixed in place by, you guessed it, hand As a result they are not perfect. Minor marks, dents and scratch are evident. I have done my best to clean them up where applicable, and if I feel the "issue" is severe enough I have marked and priced them accordingly above.

I am on a different time zone to 90% of you so please take this into consideration when waiting for responses to queries. I'm normally pretty good though
As always I am more than happy to discuss specifics in this thread, via PM or by regular email. This is my only run of these drop-ins for a very long time as I would like to focus my hobby time on complete lights and accessories that will blow people's minds :devil:

Classic memory is just the typical memorize the last mode used. The next mode you switch to will be the normal next mode.

With short cycle it memorizes the mode as normal, but when you start switching modes it starts at the very first mode of the sequence.

I'll type up an example if it needs better explanation

Low voltage cut off is 3V. If the voltage drops below 3V the light will drop the load to bring it back up over 3V. It'll keep doing this until its basically off (if need be). I'll have to dig through my notes to remember how many times a second it checks for low voltage conditions because I can't recall off the top of my head.

That low voltage protection sounds awesome. Much better than flashing every second in low mode like a lot of drivers.

I'll take whatever triple 219 is left, w/ 10507. Let me know, I'll PayPal funds as soon as you confirm which one I'll get (3 or 4). Will also want a 10508, 10509, and 10510 optic. The scratches on #4 are not bad, right?
