I've been thinking for a while about getting one of those chinese headlights, to be used as a high beam of sorts, for backroads where there's little risk of blinding oncoming traffic: something powerful enough to extend my range, but at least as bright as the LBL, or more.
Recently some of them have become available through my regional Amazon; I'm assuming they're designs many users here own already, even though they're branded Pellor and sold by some chinese firm called XCSOURCE; each model advertises a variable number of Cree XM-L T6 LEDs, and an accordingly overblown lumen rating.
Are these any good, and which one would be best suited for me?
LD119E - 1 LED/1800 lm; LD126E - 3 LEDs/3800 lm; LD186 - 5 LEDs/6400 lm
