Diy el-cheapo 200 lumen flashlight for 25 bucks

Hey everyone!!! Well I just made a poor mans surfire per say, it's a 6 dollar energizer contractor flashlight that is water proof with a cheapy kpr118 bulb and 6 aa batts in series wich in short gives me a cheap waterproof bright torch!! Has anyone els done a cheapy flashlight mod that will surprise Ur friends!? I'd like some more ideas for modding thes cheapy lights for working and general use. Oh and by the way i do have some (sorta) modded maglites for anyone who says to mod them. I like modding cheapy plastic ones too haha

I recalled doing a Rayovac indestructible host...just slap in a new driver and drove that XP-G to 1.4a instead of the cheesy driver that can't even get 950mah. Host itself costs 14.99 and the driver is $5. Just slap some epoxy at the right locations and you're golden.
