So apparently by shining LEDs with specific wavelengths (620, 680, 760, 820) directly on your skin, it stimulates whichever cells are beneath. Most interestingly you can use this on your prefrontal cortex area to help you get your work done. I also have some pain in my foot that I'd like to see if it has any effect on. These type of products can be bought online, but they are waaay overpriced, and I've heard that making your own only costs $20-50
What I need help with is... how on gods earth do i go ahead doing this project? I know of this site to order different LED stuff from:

but other than that I'm lost.. I'd be very appreciative for any help.. I know virtually nothing of electronics, so if someone could forward me to how to create just a small board of LED lights, either as a flashlight or plugged in, that would be great!
