I've been trying to find out what is the absolute best 18350 for supporting a 2a load or lower. From my reading I'm thinking that perhaps the Tensai LC18350 may be the highest capacity 18350 cell made. If offers perhaps a true 950 mAh and holds it's capacity under load even better than some of the more well known cells that we CPFers are currently using. This is just my impression from reading some Google translated websites. Finding actual testing info or even a place to buy them here in the states has proven fruitless. 
This cell claims to hold 3.515 Wh of energy. This compares to HKJ's testing of the the AW IMR18350 at 2.883 Wh. I don't know how much faith to put into a manufacturer's testing compared to HKJ's so I would love to see some third party testing of this cell.
So, can anyone tell me anything about this cell? Links to testing? Where to buy? Anything at all?
