GU10 LED bulb with back lighting

I have bulbs like these in our kitchen lights. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Hampton-...-Pack-EE750FC-H/202051418#product_description I would like to replace them with LED lights but I cannot find any that have the frosted glass lens around the light. Even most halogen GU10's don't reflect any light back up into the fixture. By reflecting the light back up into the fixture it lights the glass fixtures up also making it look much better than ones that only shine the light out of the fixture. Can someone point me to some LED GU10's that will light up the fixtures like these halogens?

Just had one burn out. Any body know of an LED light that I can replace these with? My searches don't turn up any LED lights that will light up the glass fixtures like my current lights do.
