Hi, I have bought from ebay 3 chip led 100w each, with the 3 primary colors (Red, Green and Blue) and I wanted to build a very powerful RGB LED floodlight!
Taking a look in the various ebay stores, I learned that these chips LEDs have different voltages based on the color and power, so they are not like the classic strips rgb led 12v
-
100W RED
-
100W GREEN
-
100W BLUE
And here's how you should present the voltages by color:
My questions I ask the more experienced are:
1. A controller RGB 12-24v and 18A do you think is enough? and can operate at 25-36v? What else do you suggest?
2. From the table above (if it is correct) it is clear that the work to a maximum of 25v Red, Green and Blue while the work to a maximum of 36v,
So if the controller rgb 12-24 also work in 36v've got to keep two to handle the different voltages between (Red) and (Green-Blue)
3. You know better solutions?
