The two batteries tracks fairly well, but the over current protection is a bit low, it trips the 5A trace.

The cells used looks good, but the protection current limit is on the low side, and the battery does not have that great performance at a couple of ampere, compared to other 26650 batteries.

Are 26650s often under-rated? Especially since you don't run them all the way down, getting over the rated capacity at anything up to 3A draw seems like a good deal, as long as you don't need a ton of amps.
