Yes that is the one. I order them and mount them on bump caps to use to for hunting, give them to friends and such. They have a three position hi/low/strobe, and I was wondering if there was any way to take away the strobe.

No I would have to keep low. The lights are used for several hours at a time, and can not run on high for that long
