Any thing is possible, many are not practical. That light head is not a dive light so will need sealing and maybe strengthening. It is also not a video light so will need further modification.
In short, bad choice.

Do some reading on this forum about video lights. You can do much better than those. Packhorse has a great scratch-built video light, as do several others, and there are several mods discussed that would be easier for a beginner.

I don't know about others, but to me Archon is a bad word. Do some research on CPF if you want to know why. There are many threads discussing DIY canisters that are excellent.

Personally, I love the 26650 cell for a single-cell light. My last two light builds are for 26650's. It has just enough capacity edge over an 18650 to make a difference to me. For multi-cell lights, its advantage is greatly reduced because in many cases multiple 18650 cells fit better than multiple 26650 cells. Also, you can't beat the bang-for-the-buck of an 18650. Because the 18650 is made in much larger quantities, it is cheaper per watt-hour than any other LiIon cell. I'd look at 6 or 8 18650 cells compared to 4x 26650 cells before deciding for sure.

Many thanks for your answer , I just want to spend a lot of money , of course I can build a proper one , like my torch , shut be easy not to expensive and a lot of light and working.
Other idea is a proper canister with lipo and 2 small light heads with 4 XML
Thing is , I am here in madeira and we are a bit limited here ,,, milling machine , no anodising, where I can find someone to make it.
Led driver and cells I bey in the net but the rest. Nit easy here.

Anyway best regards
Lot light and good air
