Thoughts / Opinions from more experienced users, in particularly with regard to proper smart voltage cutoff with timer backup for a reliable simple smart charger ?

Especially when compared to:
TITANIUM-CH-TTG2800
1-2 Batt 3-4 Batt
AA
900 mAh
450 mAh
AAA
450 mAh
225 mAh

AA .45C .23C ( 2000 mAh Battery baseline)
AAA .6C .3C ( 800 mAh Battery baseline)

Thanks in advance
CS

Duracell Ion Core 4000 Charger - Specifications inside - Opinions ? ?

Duracell 4000 charger which I physically inspected, and from the back it reads:
Intertek CEF27NA2

2xAA 1550 mA
4xAA 775 mA

2xAAA 775mA
4xAAA 388 mA

so GIVEN:
Batt mAh >>24002000800
2xAA1550 mA0.65 C0.78 C
4xAA775 mA0.32 C0.39 C
2xAAA775 mA0.97 C
4xAAA388 mA0.49 C
2xAA + 2xAAA??

It was $13.00 US for the charger plus Duracell Duralock made in Japan batteries 2xAA 2400 + 2xAAA 800. It does not indicate the charge rate if 2AA + 2AAA are inserted in combination.

Given the tiny size of charger and given no ventilation I would expect that since we mostly use Duracell Duralock AA's 2000 and AAA's in 800 that the 2x battery charge rates would tend to overheat at .78C and .97C respectively from above table. I did not notice any thermal probes which would contact the batteries themselves.

I thought this made useful info for other readers. I chose not to purchase as I have a new Opus BT-C2000 2.1 Analyzer/Charger.
