Anyone own of have any experience with the UK SL4 Eled L1?

I'm looking for a beamshot of the latest L-1 version 400lumen. There's a sale on them at batteryjunction and I have some C-cell NiMh cells around doing nothing and thought a compact 4-C light might be a option over a Pelican or Maglite 3 or 4 C with a drop-in

Any Thoughts or suggestions?

Guys this is a nice light, It may be a little on the heavy side with 4C-Cells but it is compact enough not to ignore it. The beam is tight with a few rings but not so bad you have no spill and it is bright!. I personally think it's a good light for camping/rafting/tubing/even hunting as a bad weather backup. Even as a SAR backup light or storm duty. It's small enough and flat so it wont roll away. I'd be glad I had it in a Tornado shelter don't count it out UK makes good lights
